Returns

Our customer service is second to none. Please check your item on arrival if you are unsatisfied you must email us within 24 hours of receipt with your concerns. Returns are accepted on faulty items only within 7 days of receipt, and we will only exchange faulty items for a like item, and not for alternatives.

All our items are listed with accurate manufacturers specifications. We will answer all questions sent to us. Please email us in the first instance if you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase and we will glad to help you, we want you to come back to us in the future. All returns must be agreed by Karibu please email to get confirmation and we will arrange for the collection of the goods. Returns without this agreement incur will a 20% restocking fee and our postal costs. Please note any returns that received the special offers of free postage will incur the postage costs before credit is issued.
